Event Office Admin
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • Must be able to handle sensitive, heightened customer situations on-site. Must have supervisory experience
  • Must be able to multi task in a highly urgent environment
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Arena Guest Services Supervisor
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ Supervisory experience, and/or knowledge in union work groups, events, sports, theatre operations, within an entertainment venue or hospitality field
  • Candidates who have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred
